Kendall has been selling real estate in the Mad River Valley since 2005, working with buyers and sellers in Waitsfield, Warren, Fayston, and Moretown. Born and raised in New York, she arrived in the Valley in 2001 after living in Boston and San Francisco. More than two decades in, she is still surprised by how far the Valley's appeal reaches, drawing buyers from across the country and overseas.
Kendall's service to the profession runs deep. She began volunteering as secretary of the Green Mountain Association of Realtors in 2008, served two years in that role, and went on to become President of the GMAR Board. In 2017 she served as State President of the Vermont Association of Realtors.
Before real estate, Kendall built a career in events, managing corporate and social events for hospitals, universities, and charities around the country. That background shows in how she runs a transaction: organized, detail driven, and steady against a deadline.
Her love of the entire real estate process as well as the collective joy experienced by both the buyers & sellers is why she continues to strive for excellence in her chosen profession.
