I have worked with several realtors in the past but none come close to being as outstanding as Jake Miller. He helped with everything, going above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. Tim Meyer is a rare real estate agent. He loves real estate and he works tirelessly to find the best solutions for his clients. He is tactical, strategic and always focused on his clients goals and bottom. Throughout our process of buying our home, Tim came to us with grounded advice and creative solutions. He is obsessed with real estate and knows the local market well. But I think my favorite thing is that he knows buildings and he has connections with high quality contractors. These human connections allowed us to buy a home with a couple major issues and move forward with confidence. After our purchase, we used an electrician and a floor sanding company recommended by Tim. Both of the contractors were able to get in, get the job done and come in under budget. If you're looking for a Vermont guy with deep local knowledge of the market and buildings, Tim Meyer is him. 10 / 10 recommend.
