Before joining Vermont Real Estate Company, Susannah worked both as a licensed REALTOR® and as a marketing and listing coordinator for a leading local brokerage, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how to position homes effectively and advocate for clients’ goals.

Originally from Kingston, New York, Susannah moved to Vermont to attend the University of Vermont, where she was a four-year member and team captain of the Swimming and Diving Team. Her professional background also includes five years in marketing and community development, serving as Marketing and Promotions Coordinator and Community & Fan Development Director for both the UVM Athletic Department and the Vermont Lake Monsters.

Community involvement has always been an important part of her life. Susannah coached the Diving Team at Saint Michael’s College for six years and continues to volunteer when time allows. Each spring, Susannah coaches Bocce for Special Olympics Vermont—an organization close to her heart. Susannah also proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Vermont.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Susannah at her family's, Cochran’s Ski Area, spending time with her family, and lending a hand whenever community programs need extra support.

She just wrapped up her very own new build in Williston, where she lives with her family.
