Changes for July over last year at this time include:
- New Listings increased 16.7 percent for single-family homes and went up 16.3 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 0.5 percent for single-family homes and decreased 1.4 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- Inventory increased 27.4 percent for both single-family homes and went up 29.9 percent townhouse-condo properties.
- The Median Sales Price went up 4.7 percent to $544,500 for single-family homes and stayed the same at $400,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
- Days on Market decreased to 11 days for single-family homes and went up 93.3 percent to 15 days for townhouse-condo properties.
- Closed Sales increased 5.1 percent for single-family homes to 228 and went up 9.2 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 71.
