Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases April 2025 Market Statistics

Changes for April over last year at this time include:

• New Listings increased 34.9 percent for single-family homes and increased 32.8 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 1.7 percent for single-family homes and increased 1 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Inventory increased 47.1 percent for single-family homes and increased 69.4 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• The Median Sales Price was up 2.8 percent to $515,000 for single-family homes and decreased 2.5 percent to $365,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
• Days on Market remained the same at 7 days for single-family homes and 6 days for townhouse-condo properties.
• Closed Sales increased 24 percent for single-family homes to 129 and decreased 19.6 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 45.
