Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases February 2025 Market Statistics

Changes for February over last year at this time include:

• New Listings increased 23.1 percent for single-family homes and decreased 8 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 15.5 percent for single-family homes and increased 7.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Inventory increased 16.5 percent for single-family homes and increased 27 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• The Median Sales Price was up 23.2 percent to $529,000 for single-family homes and increased 13.1 percent to $362,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
• Days on Market increased 6.7 percent to 8 days for single-family homes and increased 69.2 percent to 11 days for townhouse-condo properties.
• Closed Sales decreased 6.8 percent for single-family homes to 69 and increased 2.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 41.
