Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases July 2024 Market Statistics 

Changes for July over last year at this time include:

• New Listings increased 13.3 percent for single-family homes and increased 10.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 5.3 percent for single-family homes and increased 3.3 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Inventory increased 41.6 percent for single-family homes and increased 69.8 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• The Median Sales Price was up 12.5 percent to $540,00 for single-family homes and decreased 4 percent to $384,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
• Days on Market increased 50 percent to 11 days for single-family homes and increased 160 percent to 13 days for townhouse-condo properties.
• Closed Sales increased 10.8 percent for single-family homes to 174 and increased 42.9 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 70.
