Changes for July over last year at this time include:

• New Listings increased 19.2 percent for single-family homes and increased 22.2 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 0.4 percent for single-family homes and increased 4.3 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Inventory increased 36.8 percent for single-family homes and went up 65.6 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• The Median Sales Price was down 2.4 percent to $517,000 for single-family homes and increased 3.9 percent to $400,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
• Days on Market increased 18.2 percent to 13 days for single-family homes and went down 46.2 percent to 7 days for townhouse-condo properties.
• Closed Sales increased 4.9 percent for single-family homes to 216 and decreased 13.3 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 65.
