Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases June 2023 Market Statistics

Changes for June over last year at this time include:

• New Listings decreased 19.6 percent for single-family homes and decreased 23 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 7.6 percent for single-family homes and 7.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Inventory decreased 10 percent for single-family homes and decreased 13 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• The Median Sales Price was up 5.3 percent to $499,000 for single-family homes and decreased 2.9 percent to $385,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
• Days on Market decreased 16.7% percent for single-family homes and 0 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Closed Sales decreased 20.4 percent for single-family homes and 40.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
