Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases June 2024 Market Statistics 

Changes for June over last year at this time include:

• New Listings increased 13.1 percent for single-family homes and increased 10.8 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. decreased o.2 percent for single-family homes and increased 4.8 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Inventory increased 33.9 percent for single-family homes and increased 86.3 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• The Median Sales Price was up 5.2 percent to $525,00 for single-family homes and decreased 4.6 percent to $353,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
• Days on Market remained at 6 days for single-family homes and increased 20% percent to 6 days for townhouse-condo properties.
• Closed Sales decreased 7.6 percent for single-family homes to 159 and decreased 1.7 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 59.
