Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases March 2024 Market Statistics 

Changes for March over last year at this time include:

  • New Listings increased 6.5 percent for single-family homes and increased 16.9 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
  • Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 4 percent for single-family homes and decreased 6.9 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
  • Inventory increased 3.3 percent for single-family homes and increased 6.1 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
  • The Median Sales Price was up 17.7 percent to $494,500 for single-family homes and decreased 5.9 percent to $320,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
  • Days on Market remained at 7 days for single-family homes and increased 50% percent to 6 days for townhouse-condo properties.
  • Closed Sales decreased 1.2 percent for single-family homes to 81 and increased 37.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 29.
