Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases November 2024 Market Statistics

Changes for November over last year at this time include:

• New Listings decreased 2.8 percent for single-family homes and decreased 24.4 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 8.1 percent for single-family homes and decreased 8.4 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Inventory increased 18.9 percent for single-family homes and increased 23.8 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• The Median Sales Price was up 13.5 percent to $545,000 for single-family homes and decreased 2.9 percent to $340,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
• Days on Market decreased 12 percent to 11 days for single-family homes and increased 300 percent to 32 days for townhouse-condo properties.
• Closed Sales decreased 8.7 percent for single-family homes to 116 and increased 48.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 49.
