Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases October 2023 Market Statistics

Changes for October over last year at this time include:

• New Listings decreased 4.3 percent for single-family homes and increased 7.1 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 3.3 percent for single-family homes and increased 10.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Inventory decreased 5.6 percent for single-family homes and increased 19.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• The Median Sales Price was up 6.1 percent to $477,000 for single-family homes and increased 3.9 percent to $363,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
• Days on Market decreased 7.1% percent for single-family homes and 90 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Closed Sales decreased 20 percent for single-family homes to 152 and 12.3 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 64.
