Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases October 2024 Market Statistics 

Changes for October over last year at this time include:

• New Listings increased 16.2 percent for single-family homes and increased 45.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 5.2 percent for single-family homes and decreased 2.1 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Inventory increased 43.4 percent for single-family homes and increased 89.8 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• The Median Sales Price was down 1.2 percent to $469,000 for single-family homes and increased 11.4 percent to $390,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
• Days on Market increased 22.2 percent to 11 days for single-family homes and increased 100 percent to 14 days for townhouse-condo properties.
• Closed Sales increased 1.3 percent for single-family homes to 153 and increased 7 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 61.
