Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases September 2023 Market Statistics

Changes for September over last year at this time include:

• New Listings decreased 24.1 percent for single-family homes and increased 36.9 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 5 percent for single-family homes and decreased 6.9 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Inventory decreased 0.4 percent for single-family homes and increased 18.2 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• The Median Sales Price was up 10.3 percent to $480,000 for single-family homes and increased 10.8 percent to $414,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
• Days on Market decreased 5.6% percent for single-family homes and 37.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
• Closed Sales decreased 17.6 percent for single-family homes and 13.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
