Changes for September over last year at this time include:
- New Listings increased 35.5 percent for single-family homes and decreased 2.2 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. decrease 4 percent for single-family homes and went down 1.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- Inventory increased 25.2 percent for single-family homes and went up 12.8 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- The Median Sales Price went up 4.2 percent to $500,000 for single-family homes and increased 3.2 percent to $406,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
- Days on Market increased 20 percent to 12 days for single-family homes and went down 19.2 percent to 11 days for townhouse-condo properties.
- Closed Sales increased 19.2 percent for single-family homes to 199 and decreased 19 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 47.
