Changes for April over last year at this time include:
- New Listings increased 15.2 percent for single-family homes and went down 11 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. increased 3.7 percent for single-family homes and decreased 7.9 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- Inventory increased 25.5 percent for single-family homes and went up 60 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- The Median Sales Price went down 3.9 percent to $495,000 for single-family homes and increased 4.7 percent to $382,000 for townhouse-condo properties.
- Days on Market stayed the same at 7 days for single-family homes and 6 days for townhouse-condo properties.
- Closed Sales increased 3.8 percent for single-family homes to 135 and increased 37.8 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 62.
