Northwest Vermont REALTOR® Association Releases March 2026 Market Statistics

Changes for March over last year at this time include:
- New Listings increased 8 percent for single-family homes and went up 37.3 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. decreased 0.8 percent for single-family homes and increased 17.2 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- Inventory increased 10.2 percent for single-family homes and went up 57 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- The Median Sales Price went down 6.7 percent to $469,000 for single-family homes and increased 27.9 percent to $447,500 for townhouse-condo properties.
- Days on Market stayed the same at 6 days for single-family homes and went up 23.8 percent to 13 days for townhouse-condo properties.
- Closed Sales decreased 6.1 percent for single-family homes to 107 and increased 44.8 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 42.
