Make These Tasty Apple Cider Mimosas This Fall!

Excite your guests with a fall twist on a beloved cocktail! These apple cider mimosas are sure to be a crowd pleaser, especially because they feature local Vermont cider. The cozy flavor of apple cider mixed with the bubbly champagne make the perfect drink for your weekend brunch or Thanksgiving meal. Make it a mocktail by substituting non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
Ingredients
- 3 parts apple cider
- 1 part champagne
- Caramel sauce for garnish
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
- Cinnamon and sugar mixture for garnish.
Directions
- Prepare the ingredients for your cocktail. On a small plate, add your caramel sauce. On another small plate, mix equal parts cinnamon and sugar. These ingredients will dress up the rim of your glass.
- Dip your glass in the caramel and twist until there is a thin layer. Dip it into the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Add the apple cider and champagne to your glass. Add a cinnamon stick as the garnish.
