Changes for May over last year at this time include:
- New Listings decreased 2.7 percent for single-family homes and went up 1 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- Median Sold $/Sq. Ft. decreased 8.6 percent for single-family homes and increased 14.6 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- Inventory increased 20 percent for single-family homes and went up 39.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
- The Median Sales Price went down 1 percent to $519,900 for single-family homes and increased 0.4 percent to $386,500 for townhouse-condo properties.
- Days on Market decreased 14.3 percent to 6 days for single-family homes and went up 192.9 percent to 21 days for townhouse-condo properties.
- Closed Sales decreased 6.1 percent for single-family homes to 155 and increased 27.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties to 65.
